The OutdoorPAGES Social Club is not affiliated with any angling federaition. It offers OutdoorPAGES members and even members of the public the opportunity to fish together and to enjoy the sport of fishing every second month.

The purpose of the Social Club is to:

1. Get to know each other,
Young and old, beginner to advanced, male and female, everyone is welcome

2. To learn from each other,
Improve your casting, knot tying, learn new techniques, knots, etc.

3. Promote the sport of fishing
The OutdoorPAGES Social Club events will help anglers to improve their overall fishing skills, give them more confidence, so much so that they might even sign up with one of their local clubs to join the competitive side of fishing.

4. Promote new products, baits / lures / flies, etc
The Social Club offers the perfect platform for tackle and bait manufacturers to promote and test their products.

Die OutdoorPAGES Sosiale Klub is nie ge-affilieer met enige van die hengel federasies nie. Dit bied OutdoorPAGES lede en selfs lede van die publiek die geleentheid om op 'n twee maandelikse basis saam te hengel en om saam die sport te geniet.

Die doel van die Sosiale Klub is hoofsaaklik om:

1. Mekaar te leer ken,
Oud en jonk, beginner tot gevorderd, mans en dames, almal is welkom

2. Van mekaar te leer,
Ons wys mekaar hoe om beter te werp (in te gooi), beter en nuwe stroppe te bind, beter tegnieke toe te pas, ens.

3. Die sport te bevorder,
Die Sosiale Klub byeenkomste bied hengelaars 'n platform om hul hengeltegnieke te verbeter, meer selfvertroue te verkry om dan selfs later by kompeterende hengel in te skakel.

4. Blootstelling aan nuwe Hengelgerei en ase
Die Sosiale Klub bied Hengelgerei- en aas vervaardigers 'n platform om hul produkte aan hengelaars bekend te stel en selfs te beproef.
