TERMS OF USE
1. Definitions.
"OutdoorPAGES.co.za" is the interactive on-line service operated by QuickSolv cc
on the World Wide Web of the Internet, consisting of information services and content provided by OutdoorPAGES.co.za, affiliates of OutdoorPAGES.co.za and other third parties.
"Visitor" means each person who establishes a connection for access to and use of OutdoorPAGES.co.za.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability.
5.1 Visitor expressly agrees that use of OutdoorPAGES.co.za is at visitor's sole risk. Neither OutdoorPAGES.co.za, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third party content providers or licensors warrant that OutdoorPAGES.co.za will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of OutdoorPAGES.co.za, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through OutdoorPAGES.co.za.

17. Law
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any
dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and
pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
